CFBT Receives 2024 Customer Service Champion Award

Buffalo, NY – Copier Fax Business Technologies has been recognized by DocuWare as a 2024 Customer Service Champion.  This award has been honored to CFBT for the third consecutive year.

This award stands for excellent technical support, a high level of service competence and strong customer loyalty.

The award showcases CFBT’s commitment to helping customers shift into a digital environment in everyday internal processes, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, and more.

CFBT will accept the award at this year’s DocuWorld 2024, located in Houston, Texas.

DocuWare is a global provider of document management software.  CFBT has been a DocuWare provider for over ten years and has received numerous recognitions from the company, including multiple years as a Diamond Club provider.
