CFBT Honored with Pro-Tech Certification for 11th Year!
Buffalo, NY – Copier Fax Business Technologies, one of the largest office equipment and software companies in Buffalo, NY, has been honored with the 2018 Pro-Tech Service Award from Konica Minolta. This award recognizes Konica Minolta dealerships that demonstrate the highest commitment to customer support and satisfaction and is only awarded to the top 10% of the company’s dealerships.

Led by Director of Service, Jim Bodie, Copier Fax is the only dealership within 150 miles of Western New York to receive this honor and is one of only a few Konica Minolta dealers in the country to receive this honor for ten years in a row.
To attain the Pro-Tech standard, each element of Copier Fax Business Technologies’ operation was evaluated and measured, including its management skills, inventory control systems, technical expertise, dispatch systems, and customer satisfaction ratings.

In addition to the Pro-Tech certification, the Service Department has proudly accumulated over 30 Silver Seal awards throughout the company’s history. This Silver Seal is granted for excellence in training and is only awarded to the top 6-15% of Konica Minolta technicians in the entire country.
