Copier Fax Business Technologies has once again been named a finalist for the Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Award. The winners were honored on Thursday, October 1st on NewsRadio 930 WBEN.
The Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Award (BNBEA) was established in 2007 to identify and honor companies that demonstrate a firm commitment to ethical business practices in daily operations, management philosophies, and responses to crises or challenges.
Each year, BNBEA celebrates business ethics by honoring local companies that display business ethics both internally and externally. Finalists and award recipients are recognized at our annual celebratory luncheon event in May at which time the Crystal Award is presented to the recipient companies.
This is the third year in a row that CFBT has been named a finalist, which we are extremely proud of. The ultimate goal is to win the Crystal Award in our category, which is considered the highest honor and demonstration of ethical practices.

The Select Dealer Group is holding its quarterly conference this month in New York City. The SDG conference is hosted by the Business Technology Association, where Copier Fax Business Technologies’ EVP/CIO is a District Officer.
This year’s keynote speaker is “The Iron Cowboy” aka James Lawrence, an athlete that completed 50 Ironman’s in 50 states, in 50 consecutive days. He also holds several athletic world records.
Additionally, at the SDG Conference, there will be team-building workshops, classes on the future of imaging, and special classes on cyber security.

Copier Fax Business Technologies is pleased to announce the hiring of Meghan Errico, as a Document Solutions Specialist. A native of Lancaster, NY, Meghan had previously worked as an Account Manager for Insight Global, an IT and Engineering Staffing Solutions Company located in Detroit Michigan.
Errico was happy for the opportunity to move back to Buffalo, NY, where she will manage accounts, as well as work with new clients to provide office technology solutions.
In addition to her work at CFBT, Errico is also heavily involved in the C4 Foundation, a non-profit that her family started after her brother, Colin, lost his battle with brain cancer. The C4 Foundation partners with other charities throughout Western New York to raise money for families, hospitals, foundations, scholarships, and research relating to battling cancer.
Errico will be combining her previous experience of account management in the technology-related industry to help CFBT remain one of the top office technology providers in Western New York.

This event is considered one of the top Print and Imaging industry conferences in the world, which includes leaders from Konica Minolta, SAP, INTEL, Samsung, SHARP, and EFI.
Scibetta will be speaking about innovation and leadership, including; document management, software solutions, and best practices in the industry. Scibetta’s leadership in launching Copier Fax’s exclusive process called Documentelligence™, which has catapulted Copier Fax Business Technologies the company from a simple office hardware dealer to a multi-million-dollar, full-service Office Technology Company has led to his national recognition. With Documentelligence™, the company has expanded its services to offer hardware, software, IT, and document management solutions – which encompasses everything this conference promotes.

Buffalo, NY – Terry Radder, a long-time Service Engineer at Copier Fax Business Technologies was recently recognized by Konica Minolta as one of the top technical training students in the country. Radder received the Silver Seal of Excellence Award, after his recent completion of the KIP System K Software training through Konica Minolta’s technical school program.
Copier Fax Business Technologies was pleased to announce the launch of the KIP System K Software, which now offers KIP users a new touchscreen tablet navigation that brings new generation-wide format functionality, among other high-end features, such as tablet-like controls, document identifying features, and image adjustment options.

Radder has been a Service Engineer since 1988 and has worked for Copier Fax for almost 15 years.
