David Scibetta Named “Young Influencer of 2015” by The Cannata Report

The magazine featured David’s leadership in launching Copier Fax’s exclusive process called Documentelligence™, which has catapulted the company from a simple office hardware dealer, to a multi-million dollar, full-service Office Technology Company.  With Documentelligence™, the company has expanded its services to offer hardware, software, IT and document management solutions – which encompasses everything this magazine praises.

Additionally, the company acknowledged Copier Fax’s influence with Buffalo and the surrounding area.  They recently became the official office technology provider for the Buffalo Sabres, in addition to numerous philanthropic involvements with local organizations.

Copier Fax Business Technologies Expands Service Team

Buffalo, N.Y. Copier Fax Business Technologies, Inc. has expanded their Services Team with the hiring of Noel Castonguay and Patrick McDonough.

Noel Castonguay has over 30 years of experience working in the office technology industry.  He began is career in 1984 with Copies Inc. followed by 10 years with the former Central Business Systems.  Noel will be joining Copier Fax as a service technician for Konica Minolta machines.

Patrick McDonough will be working in delivery for Copier Fax, applying his previous experience as an order processor for ABR Wholesalers Inc., where he worked with both residential and commercial cliental.

Mr. Castonguay and Mr. McDonough join a service team that is Pro-Tech certified with Konica Minolta.  This honor is given to the top performing service departments of Konica Minolta products, and is awarded to less than 10% of Konica Minolta dealers in the United States.  Copier Fax has held this honor for over seven years in a row.

In addition to their nationally ranked service department, Copier Fax Business Technologies continues to be one of the top office technology providers in Western New York.  Since their launch of Documentelligence™ along with their recent major partnership as the exclusive office technology partner of the Buffalo Sabres, Copier Fax Business Technologies has seen expediential growth, which is reflective of the company’s need to expand their team.

Since it’s founding in 1990, Copier Fax Business Technologies has grown to employ over 35 people, with offices in Buffalo and Rochester.

CFBT Named as “Best Places To Work” Nominee

Buffalo Business First has named Copier Fax Business Technologies a nominee for Western New York’s “Best Places to Work”. They are named in the small business category, which is for companies with 25-50 employees.

Many Copier Fax employees have been with the company for several years. However, in 2014 they hired 11 new employees to their team. Several of these employees work in their new back-file scanning department, located at their Buffalo, NY headquarters. This department was established to offer businesses the service of digitizing paper documents. New hires have also joined the sales, customer service, and IT departments.

A family owned and operated business, Copier Fax owners, Al and Andrea Scibetta, along with their son David; strive to provide a family-like environment by offering frequent company luncheons, parties, and celebrations. This is in addition to excellent benefits programs for all employees. They believe in the importance of treating everyone with respect, and strive to keep workplace stress minimal.

Buffalo Business First has named Copier Fax Business Technologies one of WNY’s Top Private Companies. This award is honored to Buffalo’s most dynamic and progressive private companies, with rankings based on annual sales of at least $5 million for years beginning in 2012.  All Top Private Companies were verified by Dopkins & Company LLP.  Copier Fax CIO David Scibetta will be accepting the honor at this year’s celebration on November 14th at the Lexus Club in the First Niagara Center.  The company made major efforts for increasing their sales profits over the past three years, through the introduction of Documentelligence, the opening of a second location in Rochester, NY, and their recent partnership with the Buffalo Sabres.  This expansion of services and locations has been key to their continual success.
